For all you husbands out there, if your wife has not yet determined her Halloween costume, I highly recommend the Lt. Uhura outfit from Star Trek. Does this look like a woman 10 days away from being admitted to the hospital for a Stem Cell Transplant?
In November 2004, Jo and I found out that we were going to have a baby! At the same time, Jo was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia - a medical term that means her bone marrow was failing; it was no longer doing its job of producing white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets. On June 17th, 2005, Jo gave birth to a beautiful baby girl - Anna Claire Szymanski. Anna's health was perfect and has continued to be perfect! This Blog is dedicated to Jo’s journey along the road to recovery.

What a fabulous, out of this world group!
Jo, you look beautiful as usual, Anna looks a little nervous with her tazer, and you, Captain Tim, you look so cute in that lovely shade of blue!
Keeping you in our daily thoughts and prayers...
Love Deb & Glenn
oh my gosh!!! how fun! love it!
You look as you always do, like you have control of the world. I wish you the best, you will do well no doubt!! I know this is very hard for Tim and Anna but they too will do fine and this will be a chapter in Life you look back on and see how well you dealt with the hand given you. I will keep you, Tim, and Anna in my prayers. Do what they tell you and be well soon!
