In November 2004, Jo and I found out that we were going to have a baby! At the same time, Jo was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia - a medical term that means her bone marrow was failing; it was no longer doing its job of producing white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets. On June 17th, 2005, Jo gave birth to a beautiful baby girl - Anna Claire Szymanski. Anna's health was perfect and has continued to be perfect! This Blog is dedicated to Jo’s journey along the road to recovery.

Tim, We really appreciate your updates. I love your sense of humor. You all look really great in your picture. Anna takes such a good picture---she's really a doll. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a very healthy, happy new year. Bonnie & Johnny Johnson, Wichita, Kansas
Jo, you and your family are in my prayers. I attended the Scooter Lee D4D in Mesa last year and was so glad to see you and Tim. Thank you for forming D4D. Line Dancing has been so helpful to me since brain surgery in Oct of 2002. I was so pleased to see your picture on the January issue of Linedancer Magazine. Thank you, Tim, for the updates. Happy New Year! With God's Love and Mine, Elaine.
Jo, Tim, and Anna FINALLY a wonderful picture of your HAPPY family. Good to see all of you together in the same picture. Best wishes for 2006 and for a very Healthy New Year! Tim, keep up the FANTASTIC work you are doing on this blog site. Thanks for all the updates!
